Almarai Awarded Best Poultry Company in Reducing Carbon Emissions

The Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture honored Almarai as the best company in the poultry sector in Saudi Arabia in reducing carbon emissions.
This came on the sidelines of the exhibition specializing in the food sector in Saudi Arabia, Global Cooking "InFlavour", which is organized by the Ministry in cooperation with Tahaluf Company and in partnership with General Food Security Authority, Saudi Business Center, and the Culinary Arts Commission.
In this context, Abdullah AlOtaibi, Head of Corporate Communication and Public Relations at Almarai, said: "We are proud to be awarded the best among poultry companies in reducing carbon emissions and it reflects the company's commitment to achieving its sustainability and environmental conservation goals."
Almarai was ranked fourth globally on the list of Kantar Research Company in Achieving Sustainability for the Environment for 2021. Almarai is the largest vertically integrated dairy company in the world and is today the largest food and beverage producer and distributor in the Middle East.
