Almarai Participates as a Strategic Sponsor in the Saudi Dairy Forum with the Attendance of the Governor of Riyadh Region and Senior Officials

Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Riyadh Region, and in the presence of His Excellency Mr. Bandar Al-Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, His Royal Highness Prince Fahad bin Mohammed bin Saad, Governor of Al-Kharj, and His Highness Prince Nayef bin Sultan bin Mohammed Al Kabeer, Chairman of the Board of Almarai, along with several high-ranking officials and dignitaries, Almarai Company participated as a strategic sponsor in the “Saudi Dairy Forum,” which discussed the latest developments in the dairy sector in the Kingdom.
During a panel discussion at the forum, Mr. Abdullah Al-Badr, CEO of Almarai, stated that the company has launched a new strategy aimed at reinforcing its leading position. He pointed out that the strategy falls within a comprehensive framework aligned with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and is based on three main pillars: innovation, sustainability, and enhancing food security.
Speaking about the development of national talent, Al-Badr emphasized Almarai’s strong focus in this area through active partnerships, most notably its collaboration with the Institute of Food Industries to train and employ national cadres, in addition to offering specialized training programs to develop their practical and professional skills.
On the relationship with government entities, Al-Badr expressed the company’s appreciation for the level of cooperation, saying: “Despite our ambitious goals, we always find support and understanding from government agencies regarding the challenges facing the food and dairy sector.”
The forum was attended by a group of experts and specialists who discussed the future of the dairy industry in the Kingdom, along with key challenges and opportunities. Almarai’s participation highlighted its ongoing efforts to support the sustainable development of the dairy sector.
