Almarai has received the Gold Award in the "Employees are at the Heart of Everything" category at the Saudi Customer Experience Awards. This recognition comes through our participation in the "WE Care" program, which focuses on supporting the health and well-being of our employees, creating a healthier and more interactive work environment. The award was presented at the Saudi Customer Experience Forum in Riyadh on November 13, 2024, in partnership with the Customer Experience Association and Awards International.
The event featured participation from 327 projects representing 109 organizations across both the public and private sectors. The ceremony was graced by His Excellency Assistant Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Mr. Ahmed Al-Hassan, and leaders and innovators from various industries. It aimed to honor pioneering organizations that enhance customer experience, promote leadership and innovation, and support efforts toward achieving Saudi Vision 2030.
