Almarai Partners with Three Saudi Universities to Train Students Through Job Training & Placement Program

Almarai signed a joint memorandum of cooperation (MoC) with King Saud University, Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University, and University of Hail to train university students through its Job Training & Placement Program . The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the Global Labor Market Conference, organized by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development on January 30, 2025, at the King Abdulaziz Conference Center in Riyadh.

Reflecting on the partnership, Ali bin Thabit Al-Qahtani, Head of Administrative Affairs and Supervisor of Localization Programs at Almarai, stated, "The agreements signed under our Job Training & Placement Program to train our youth are an integral part of Almarai’s comprehensive ecosystem of initiatives and training programs designed to develop national talent." He further noted that Almarai stands as one of the largest employers in the Kingdom, with over 10,000 Saudi employees, including nearly 900 Saudi women and more than 560 employees with disabilities across the company’s various sectors.
