Toast with Smoked Salmon and Avocado

A light and delicious dish combining the flavors of smoked salmon and creamy avocado.
Ingredients

L’usine Sliced White Bread
 

150g of Seama smoked salmon.
 

1 mashed avocado
 

Juice of half a lemon
 

Salt and black pepper  
 

Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish. 

Instructions
  1. Toast the bread slices until they are golden brown and crispy. Then, cut the smoked salmon into slices.
     
  2. Mix the mashed avocado with lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
     
  3. Spread the avocado mixture onto the toasted bread slices. Then, layer the smoked salmon slices over the avocado.
     
  4. Finally, garnish the dish with chopped parsley.
     
  5. Serve warm and enjoy it as a light meal or a healthy breakfast.
