Spaghetti with Minced Meat and Cheese

This delicious and easy-to-make spaghetti dish combines fresh minced meat with a rich, creamy sauce, making it a perfect option for a quick and enjoyable dinner. 

Ingredients

½ cup Almarai cooking cream

 

1 cup Almarai mozzarella cheese

 

2 tablespoons Almarai olive oil

 

250g spaghetti

 

300g minced meat

 

1 onion, chopped

 

2 cloves garlic, minced

 

Salt and pepper, to taste 

Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot with a pinch of salt. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
     
  2. In a large pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the onion turns golden.
     
  3. Add the minced meat to the pan and cook until browned and fully cooked, stirring occasionally. After the meat is cooked, add the cooking cream and stir well until the ingredients are well combined. Let it simmer on low heat for a few minutes until the sauce thickens.
     
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and mix well with the sauce. Then, add the mozzarella cheese and stir until melted, coating the spaghetti.
     
  5. Serve the spaghetti hot, garnished with some grated mozzarella or fresh herbs like basil or parsley, if desired.
