Qatayf with cream

Preparation time  : 30 min

Qatayf is a popular type of sweet for people of all ages, and it is usually served with coffee or tea.

Ingredients

8 Piece L’usine Slice white bread

 

 

1 Almarai Sterilized Cream

 

 

Oil vegetable

 

 

30g Sugar syrup

 

 

¼ cup Pistachio

 

 

1 Egg

Instructions
  1.  Cut the edges of the sliced bread and roll out with a rolling pin.
     
  2.  Then cut it in circles
     
  3.  Add 1 teaspoon of cream in the middle.
     
  4.  Close the bread on itself using your fingertips.
     
  5.  The borders should stick to each other.
     
  6.  Fry them on medium heat until its gold and crispy. 
     
  7.  Serve with sugar syrup on top and garnish with crushed pistachios.
