Potato and Chicken Bake Recipe

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Almarai butter

 

2 tablespoons Almarai olive oil

 

4 ALYOUM chicken breasts

 

Salt to taste

 

1 onion, chopped

 

Black pepper to taste

 

2 onions, chopped

 

4 cloves garlic, minced

 

2 tablespoons tomato paste

 

1.5 cups chicken broth or hot water

 

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

 

1 tablespoon sweet paprika

 

1/2 cup chopped parsley

Instructions
  1. Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Pour olive oil onto the base of the baking dish and add the potatoes. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper, then mix the ingredients well.
     
  2. In a pan, melt the butter, add onions and garlic, and sauté until golden. Add the tomato paste and stir until the mixture becomes brown.
     
  3. Add the chicken pieces to the baking dish, sprinkle with salt and black pepper, and decorate with sweet paprika. Mix the ingredients and place the dish in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius.
     
  4. Mix the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar in a bowl and pour the mixture over the potato and chicken slices in the baking dish.
     
  5. Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle with chopped parsley, and serve it hot.
     
  6. This recipe is healthy and distinctive with its delicious flavors, and it can be served for lunch or dinner with a side of vegetable salad. Enjoy your meal!
