Ingredients
1000ml Almarai Orange Juice
100g Almarai Natural Butter
150g Almarai Fresh Cream
4 Eggs
330g Sugar
260g Diamond Flour
Salt Pinch
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 Tablespoon Vanilla
100g Orangeite
Instructions
- Mix the eggs and sugar using the electric mixer, then gradually add the Almarai butter to the mixture, add the Almarai orange juice with the orange zest and continue to beat.
- Then we add the baking powder, vanilla, and a pinch of salt to the flour, and then add this mixture to the mixture of eggs, sugar, and butter while continuing to beat until we have a cohesive dough.
- Put the cohesive mixture in a rectangular bowl and put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 °C for 20 minutes until it is thoroughly cooked. Bon Appetit!
