Oat Biscuits

Enjoy these delicious and nutritious oat biscuits. They're a perfect accompaniment to your coffee and will give you lasting energy throughout the day. 

Ingredients

½ cup Almarai fresh milk

 

¼ cup Almarai butter

 

¼ cup Almarai honey

 

2 cups oats

 

½ teaspoon baking powder

 

A pinch of salt

 

½ cup nuts (optional)

 

½ cup raisins or dark chocolate (optional) 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, mix the oats with Almarai milk, butter, honey, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Use a wooden spoon or your hands to form the dough. Then, add the nuts and chocolate.
     
  2. Using a spoon, take small amounts of the dough, shape them into small balls, and press them gently into round biscuit shapes.
     
  3. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the biscuits on a buttered tray or one lined with baking paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until they turn golden and crisp.
     
  4. Let the biscuits cool slightly before serving.
