Monte Cristo

The best protein-rich breakfast is a Monte Cristo, which may be eaten for breakfast or dinner and is served with a glass of fresh juice. 

Ingredients

12 Pieces L’usine Sliced Bread Bran

 

 

¼ cup Almarai Butter

 

 

12pcs Turkey slices

 

 

12 pieces Swiss cheese

 

 

1 Pickels

 

 

1 Egg

Instructions
  1.  Preheat oven to 175C.
     
  2.  Spread Dijon mustard on each slice of bread.
     
  3.  In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the egg.
     
  4.  In a greased pan, layer half of the bread slices with half of the sliced cheese, then sliced turkey , and remaining cheese.
     
  5.  Top with the remaining bread slices and brush them with the melted butter and egg mix.
     
  6.  Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown.
