Mini Spinach Quiche

Preparation time  : 40 min

Surprise your friends and family with the delicious Mini Spinach Quiche.

Ingredients

6pcs  L’usine Sliced White Bread

 

 

4oz Almarai Cream Cheese

 

 

1spoon Almarai Butter melted

 

 

¾ cup Almarai Feta Tub Sliced

 

 

1 spoon Almarai Olive Oil

 

 

½  spoon dill

 

 

2cup Spinach, raw

 

 

Sprinkle Salt and black pepper

Instructions
  1.  Mix cream cheese with egg, oil and dill until well combined.
     
  2.  Add spinach, feta and bacon, season with salt and pepper.
     
  3.  Use fork to mix it together.
     
  4.  Brush the 6-cup muffin pan with melted butter.
     
  5.  Put the toast inside the muffin pan.
     
  6.  Fill the cups with the mix.
     
  7.  Lightly brush the edge of the toast with the melted butter.
     
  8.  Bake at 180c for 20 minutes until its golden and puffy
