Meat Sambousek

Meat Sambousek is a popular Ramadan dish that can be served at any time with soup or tea 

Ingredients

15 Pieces L’usine Sliced Bread Milk

 

 

1 Minced Onion

 

 

500g Minced Lamb meat

 

 

Small spoon of Vegetable oil

 

 

Small spoon Cumin

 

 

Small spoon of Salt and pepper

 

 

1 Egg

Instructions
  1.  Start by heating the oil then add the chopped onion  
     
  2.  Cook until translucent  
     
  3.  Add the minced lamb meat  
     
  4.  Cook until browned  
     
  5.  Add cumin. Salt and pepper. 
     
  6.  Fill tcenter with the meat mixture and seal with the egg better 
     
  7.  Deep fry until its gold.
