Simple Greek salad topped with Almarai feta cheese then sprinkle the oregano. easy to make for a light delicious dinner or lunch.

Ingredients

50ml Almarai Olive Oil


 

150g Almarai Feta Cheese Cubes


 

80g Tomato, seeded and diced
 

 

80g Cucumber, diced
 

 

50g Red Bell Pepper, diced
 

 

50g Green Bell Pepper, diced
 

 

30g Pitted Kalamata Olives
 

 

50g Red Onion, diced
 

 

20g Red Onion Rings
 

 

5g Parsley Leaves


 

2g Sea Salt
 

 

3g Black Pepper
 

 

15ml Red Vinegar
 

 

5g Dried Oregano

Instructions
  1.  Put the grated and chopped tomatoes, cucumber cubes, red pepper, parsley, pepper with cubes, and red onion slices and mix them well.
     
  2.  Then add a pinch of salt, olive oil, thyme, dried oregano, red vinegar, and lemon juice.
     
  3.  Put the ingredients in a serving dish, then add the cubes of white feta cheese on the face of the dish and add the slices of black olives and a simple sprinkling of thyme on the front of the dish.
     
  4.  We serve the dish as an auxiliary meal or a main meal. Bon Appetit!
