Ingredients

80g Almarai Cream Cheese


 

30g Almarai Feta Cheese


 

50g Almarai Cheddar Cheese


 

10ml Almarai Olive Oil


 

9 Long Grilled Eggplant Slices


 

2g Salt


 

1g Black Pepper
 

 

4g Chives


 

3g Minced Dill
 

Instructions
  1.  First, we heat vegetable oil in a frying pan, roast the eggplant, and in a bowl add creamy Almarai cheese, garlic, dazzle it with salt and pepper, mix them well.
     
  2.  Then fill the eggplant pieces with the cheese mixture, and wrap them, then put the stuffed eggplant rolls in a plate, and put Almarai Cheddar cheese on top.
     
  3.  We put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 3 minutes, and we decorate it with dill and Almarai olive oil. Bon Appetit
