Ingredients

50ml Almarai Cooking Cream
 

 

50g Almarai Cream Cheese Cubes
 

 

500g Almarai Chicken breasts
 

 

100g Blue Cheese
 

 

50g Grated Parmesan
 

 

Whole Egg
 

 

120ml Soy Sauce
 

 

5g Thyme
 

 

4g Garlic
 

 

5g Salt
 

 

Lemon Quarter
 

 

250ml Water
 

 

15g Garlic Powder
 

 

350g Punko Bread Crumb
 

 

15g Onion Powder
 

 

3g Black Pepper

Instructions
  1.  First, mix soy sauce, thyme, garlic, salt, black pepper, lemon, and water in a bowl, and then put chicken breasts ALYOUM for 3 hours.
     
  2.  In an electric mixer, we mix the ingredient mixture with blue cheese, cubes of Almarai cheese with cream, Almarai cooking cream, salt, and black pepper, until it becomes a heavy sauce, then add garlic powder, breadcrumbs, onion powder, and grated Parmesan cheese.
     
  3.  Then we dip the chicken breasts in Eggs, then cover with the breadcrumb's mixture.
     
  4.  Finally, we put the chicken thighs in their final form on a tray, and we put them in the oven at a temperature of 180 ° C for 20 minutes to have chicken breasts with blue cheese sauce. Bon Appetit!
