French Banana Pudding

French Banana Pudding with Pecan. 

Ingredients

240ml Almarai Fresh Milk


 

240g Almarai Whipping cream


 

115g Almarai Butter


 

170g Brown Sugar


 

10g Cinnamon
 

 

40ml Vanilla Extract
 

 

220g Banana Slice
 

 

1 Whole Egg


 

350g Bread Slice (cubes)
 

 

50g Pecan

Instructions
  1.  We start preparing the banana mixture, as we melt Almarai butter in a hot pan, add banana slices, brown sugar, 5 c cinnamon and 10 ml of vanilla extract.
     
  2.  In a bowl, mix eggs with 5 g of cinnamon and 30 ml of vanilla extract with Almarai whipping cream and Almarai fresh milk.
     
  3.  Then add the bread cubes in the mixture and then distribute them in a tray and distribute the banana mixture from the top, then put it in a preheated oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
     
  4.  For 40 minutes, at the end, decorate with pecans. Bon Appetit!
