Fetta Ricotta Spinach Roll

Fetta Ricotta & Spinach Roll  a delicious roll for spinach lovers.

Ingredients

18 Pieces L’usine Sliced Bread Multigrain

 

 

200g Almarai Feta Tub Sliced

 

 

300g Cheese, ricotta

 

 

120g Frozen Spinach

 

 

1 tablespoon Salt and pepper

 

 

1 Egg

Instructions
  1.  Into a mixing bowl add feta, ricotta, spinach, salt, and pepper and mix well.
     
  2.  Flatten the multigrain sliced bread.
     
  3.  Place 1-2 tablespoons of spinach cheese mix onto the sliced bread.
     
  4.  Brush the sides with egg wash.
     
  5.  Roll them and place them onto the greaseproof paper.
     
  6.  Brush the top with remaining egg wash.
     
  7.  Bake for 20-30 minutes or until golden in color in a pre-heated oven at 180C.
