Date Bars

Ingredients
12 Pieces L’usine Sliced Bread Bran
12oz Dates
1cup Water
1 Small spoon Lemon
Instructions
Preheat oven to 175 C. cut the edges of the sliced bread.
Place dates and water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil
Reduce heat to medium-low and stir occasionally, cook to a thick consistency
Bake for 15-20 minutes
Let the date bars cool down to room temperature, then cover and transfer to the fridge
For 2 hours before cutting
