Creamy Chicken and Vegetable Pasta

Choose creamy chicken and vegetable pasta as a tasty, nutritious, balanced main dish.

Ingredients

2  ALYOUM chicken breasts, diced
 

1 cup Almarai cooking cream
 

2 tbsp Almarai olive oil
 

1 cup Almarai mozzarella cheese
 

250g penne pasta
 

1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, peas)
 

2 cloves of garlic, minced
 

Half an onion, chopped
 

Salt and pepper to taste
 

Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
 

Fresh chopped parsley (optional) 

Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
     
  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the garlic and onion until tender. Add the diced chicken to the pan and stir until golden brown and cooked through. Add the mixed vegetables and stir until tender.
     
  3. Pour in the Almarai cooking cream and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer for a few minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
     
  4. Add the cooked pasta to the pan and stir until coated with the creamy sauce. Then add the mozzarella cheese and continue stirring.
     
  5. Serve the creamy pasta with chicken and vegetables, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
