Cheesecake Recipe

Cheesecake is an easy and delicious recipe. You can prepare it in advance and decorate it before serving it at occasions or celebrations. Enjoy the smooth cream cheese with the crispy biscuit base and fruity jam topping. You will love this fantastic dessert!

Ingredients

2 cups of crushed tea biscuits


150g melted Almarai butter


500g Almarai Marvello cheese


200g sugar


1 teaspoon of vanilla extract


2 tablespoons of Almarai lemon juice


Jam (such as apricot or strawberry) for topping


Fresh fruit for decoration (optional)

Instructions
  1.  In a bowl, mix 2 cups of crushed tea biscuits with 150g of melted Almarai butter until it forms a moldable mixture.
     
  2.  Spread the mixture in the bottom of a cake pan lined with parchment paper and press it to form a base.
     
  3.  Place the pan in the refrigerator and let it set for 15-20 minutes.
     
  4.  In another bowl, beat Almarai Marvello cream cheese and sugar until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
     
  5.  Add vanilla extract and Almarai lemon juice to the mixture and beat again until it is well incorporated.
     
  6.  Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the pan.
     
  7.  Refrigerate the cheesecake for about 2 hours until it sets and becomes firm.
     
  8.  Before serving, spread a layer of your favorite jam (such as apricot or strawberry) on top of the cheesecake.
     
  9.  Decorate the cheesecake with fresh fruit according to your preference. Enjoy!
