Cheese Sambousek

Ingredients

4 Pieces L’usine Brown slices Bread

 

 

3cup 4pcs Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

 

 

113g Almarai Cream Cheese

 

 

½ small spoon Almarai Feta Tub Sliced

 

 

2 small spoon Flour and water mixed to stick the bread together

 

 

Vegetable oil

Instructions
  1.  Mash together the cream cheese and salty white cheese until smooth
     
  2.  Add the mozzarella cheese and stir together until well combined.
     
  3.  Cut the edges of the bread.
     
  4.  Flatten them with rolling pin.
     
  5.  Fill the bread with a tablespoon of filling in the sinter.
     
  6.  Brush the borders with the sealing dough and pinch into a triangle.
     
  7.  Fry on both sides until browned.
