Brioche Bread Pudding

Start your day with delightful Brioche Bread Pudding for a delicious breakfast treat that is simply irresistible.

Ingredients

6 cups L’usine Brioche Bread, cubed
 

2 cups Almarai Fresh Milk
 

1 cup Almarai Sweetened Condensed Milk
 

3 large eggs

 

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
 

1/4 teaspoon salt 

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
     
  2. Place the brioche bread cubes in a greased baking dish.
     
  3. Whisk together milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
     
  4. Pour the custard mixture over the bread cubes and press down gently to soak the bread. Bake for 40 minutes or until the top is golden and the custard is set.
     
  5. Let cool slightly before serving.
