Ingredients

400g ALYOUM Chicken Breast Cubes

 

 

100ml Almarai Olive Oil

 

 

 80g Almarai Shredded Mozzarella Cheese



100g Almarai Butter   

 

 

80g Almarai Cream Cheese

 

 

250g Almarai Cooking Cream

 

 

100g Chopped Onion



20g Crushed Garlic



80g Breadcrumbs



3g Salt 



3g Black Pepper



1000g Flank Beef Steak



200g Chopped Spinach



5 pieces of Thyme sprig
 


500g Sliced Fresh Mushroom
 


60g Caper



15g Minced Basil

 


10g Grated Parmesan Cheese 

Instructions
  1. • We first fry the onions and garlic seasoned with salt and black pepper in Almarai olive oil until it turns brown.
     
  2.  In another pan, we fry the mushrooms seasoned with salt with black pepper and capers and add the Almarai cooking cream and the grated Parmesan cheese.
     
  3.  Then we put the chicken pieces today with the breadcrumbs and add the onion mixture to the blender to grind it.
     
  4.  On the other side, the meat is placed in a plastic film and is crushed, and then covered with creamy Almarai cheese.
     
  5.  Then we put the chicken mixture and add the spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, and Almarai grated mozzarella cheese, then wrap the meat slice and press it well, and then cook it with steam for 30 minutes, It is covered with plastic film.
     
  6.  After that, we take out the meat from the steam and put it in a cooking tray greased with Almarai butter, then we put it in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, and then we serve it covered with a creamy sauce of mushrooms and capers. Cheers! Bon Appetit!
