Bechamel Sauce

Bechamel Sauce the thickness mixture with cheese and rosemary springs gives the sauce a lovely rich flavor, suitable for various types of dishes.

Ingredients

200ml Almarai Fresh Milk


 

100ml Almarai Cooking Cream


 

25g Almarai Natural Butter
 

 

25g Flour
 

 

0.5g Salt 


 

1g Nutmeg, Freshly Grated 
 

 

3 sprigs of Rosemary
 

 

3g White Pepper

 

Instructions
  1.  First, we put Almarai butter in a hot bowl to melt, then add flour to it to form the dough, and in another bowl, add Almarai fresh milk, Almarai cooking cream, and rosemary sprig.
     
  2.  Then pour the milk using the sifter over the dough, then add nutmeg powder and white pepper and gradually add milk.
     
  3.  And mix it until the mixture becomes thick. Bon Appetit!
